elise and patrick

12.11.09
By now you may have already seen this in the New York Times, Design*Sponge, Wedding Channel, as well as Once Wed and tomorrow it will be on EAD but still i thought it needed to have a home here on this blog. whitney and i fell head-over-heels for these two the moment we landed in Portland, Maine...in the summer. i have seen these images so many times and i still smiled through this whole post just recalling all of the magic.
elise's grandfather and mom...
when elise was about to read her vows they couldn't get the mic to shorten so patrick just held it for her. it made the whole process even better.
this was so beautiful. right after the ceremony when everyone was around them elise took time to explain her necklace to her grandmother who is blind.
this is where i want to be right now...
