i have about 12 weddings to blog and it feels a little overwhelming so i am starting with the most recently edited and i figure if i work in an extra one or two every week i'll be caught up in no time, right? just say yes. Without further excuses, i present...Stephanie and Wil, aka the coolest cats in town. how many brides do you know that can pull of an amazing fitted pink dress...ummmm definitely stephanie. i love her- grey nails, black veil, grey fabric flower. she is so radiant that if she covered herself in black she would still be glowing. and Wil is the perfect balance, soft and sweet with a great smile. He also looked amazing in his grey suit with a vest, semi beard and messy hair. these two are perfect for each other. thank you both for including us in on your wedding. you made us very happy photographers.

when i said i am really behind on blogging i meant it. remember way back when we were in Malibu...ohhhh....i don't know....end of June and beginning of July. It was a wednesday wedding in the most gorgeous Malibu setting i have every seen. Mountains and ocean. and the most mind blowing 30 foot gradient walls throughout the house. the colors you see below are the real deal. ben and crystal, thank you so much for this 100% full of beauty day. both of you shined all day and made us very happy photographers. We were very excited to shoot our very first transcendental meditation wedding seeing that my husband is a sidha it was very appropriate. This was a fantastic flashdance wedding. best of all it was the first time ALL of us from flashdance got to work together- michael, max, brian and us.

Melissa and Colby not only had a beautiful wedding but they had a couple serious parties. these two know how to have a good time. even as the photographer, not knowing all of the people or stories involved, i laughed a lot. When i walked into the rehearsal dinner i noticed a lot of missing teeth on the men. it wasn't until Whitney connected the dots for me. these guys make up the atlanta thrashers. So needless to say, this wedding was insanely fun- the boys were rowdy, the girls were beautiful, the jokes were rolling, the dance floor was shaking, a the newlyweds smiled and laughed the night away. Melissa and Colby are the type of couple you just want to be around- they are sweet, funny and so in love.

oh peggy and matt! you two are so adorable. i think the last shot in this post says it all! they walked away with just married signs and the wind picked up at just the right moment to give them a little privacy! they also a NPR theme to the wedding and a reporter from NPR came to interview the guests. pretty cool. whitney and i were so happy to be able to witness this marriage...it was so heartwarming. thank you guys.
