we had a lot of fun with dana and scott. (we always love doing engagement shoots because it's our chance to get to know the couple before their big day, and for them to get used to us and our cameras.) we met these two at the fulton cotton mill stacks, which provided for some awesome backdrops. these two are so sweet and we're super excited about their october wedding.

this beautiful couple had such a dreamy wedding. their wedding was on the hottest day i can remember this year, set amongst old oaks in madison, georgia. but the heat was almost unnoticeable, thanks to fans with kate and don's names on them. and then the heat was completely forgotten once kate walked down the aisle in her stunning dress. did i mention there was one heck of a dancing granny present on the dance floor? oh, and cushions under the stars, a swing hanging from a tree, a band that reeeeally got everyone dancing, a thunderbird getaway car and lots of yummy cakes to choose from? all under twinkly lights? like i said, dreamy. these two are so very lucky to have such loving family and friends. you could just feel the closeness amongst everyone. (also, a big thanks to Sunny Bowles for keeping the wedding running so smoothly!)

this entire expedition was completely magical for us! from joining together with this entire group to watching kaitlyn and sam share vows 3,000 miles from their hometown. david teamed up with OLOL's very own whitney chamberlin to shoot a wedding down in the abaco islands, bahamas on green turtle cay. jade and matt, as well as all their family and friends were so wonderful, warm and inviting. we truly felt like part of the family and the photos are definitely going to show it. more to come, but here's a little sneak preview.
